Charles Nies is an experienced project manager currently working at Inglett & Stubbs International since August 2011. Previously, Charles held the position of Director of Plant Services for the Flagler County School District from February 2015 to September 2016 and served as Sr. Environmental Project Manager at Universal Engineering Sciences from January 2005 to August 2011. Earlier in career, Charles worked as an Environmental Scientist at Ellis & Associates, Inc. from January 1999 to January 2005. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from the University of Georgia, completing the program between 1994 and 1998, and graduated from Glynn Academy in 1994.
