Kelly Phillips, CHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at MSH Americas - International Health & Travel Insurance, starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from February 2018 to May 2019. Kelly also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at MSH Americas from July 2016 to February 2018.

Before joining MSH Americas, Kelly worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Amel Group from September 2014 to July 2016. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at EY from October 2013 to July 2014. Additionally, Kelly has obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Ryerson University. Another certificate in Workplace Mental Health Law has been acquired from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. In terms of professional certification, Kelly is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) obtained from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in October 2021.
