Fabio Mazzocco is an experienced professional with a background in electronic engineering and extensive expertise in quality systems and customer service. Since February 2009, Fabio has served as the Customer Service Director at INGLASS Spa, where responsibilities include management and coordination of the aftersales business for products related to automotive and industrial applications. Prior to this role, Fabio worked at SIPA Spa as the Quality System and Organization Director, overseeing ISO 9001 and PED mod H1 certification processes. Earlier career experiences include positions at HTM SpA, FIAR Spa, and comprehensive work in the design and development of electronic systems for aerospace applications.
