Michael C Watson AIEP, AMCI, currently serves as Business Manager at Ingeus since March 2021, concurrently holding positions as Interim Regional Manager and Team Manager. Prior to this role, Michael gained significant experience at IKEA Group from 2007 to December 2020, notably as Customer and Commercial Operations Manager at a flagship site responsible for leading customer operations in one of the largest IKEA markets globally. Additional roles at IKEA included People and Culture Manager, interim Market Area Manager, and Sales Operations Manager, where Michael led a successful sales function in 2013. Earlier work experience includes serving as Operations Manager at TK Maxx from 2005 to 2007. Michael holds a Level 5 Diploma in Business Management from the Chartered Management Institute, completed between 1999 and 2000.
