Edward Wild is an experienced professional in workforce development and empowerment, currently serving as Team Manager and Lead Response KeyWorker at Ingeus since September 2018. Previously, Edward worked as a Work Coach at PHX Training for a brief period in September 2017, where a focus on coaching, both individually and in groups, contributed to helping clients overcome barriers. From May 2013 to August 2016, Edward held the role of EPA Team Leader and In Work Support & Sustainment Adviser at Inspire 2 Independence (i2i). Edward holds a BA in Outdoor Education with a focus on Outdoor Education and Principal Centred Leadership from the University of Cumbria, completed in 2013.
