Adam Hart MBA serves as the Europe & UK Chief Operating Officer at Ingeus, a global leader in Human Services, since July 2021. Prior to this role, Adam was the Chief Executive Officer at The Reducing Reoffending Partnership Limited, providing varied services in the Justice sector, and held positions as UK Managing Director at APM UK and Chief Executive Officer at Capita's Defence division. Adam's extensive experience also includes senior roles at Sopra Steria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, BT, and co-founding ITS, specializing in IT Services and Security. Adam has a strong background in managing large-scale projects and leading executive teams across multiple sectors. Adam obtained an MBA from the University of Leeds.
