Luis Javier Saiz Rastrilla is an experienced EPC Sales Manager at Ingeteam Power Technology since November 2006, specializing in protection and control solutions for electrical substations in Spain, including renewable energy evacuation and distribution. Previously, Luis served as the Commercial Manager for Ingeteam PGA in Chile, focusing on the design and manufacture of substation control and protection equipment. Additionally, Luis held the position of Area Sales Manager, overseeing the Spanish market for INGETEAM T&D and coordinating the national sales network and engineering project managers. Prior to joining Ingeteam, Luis was the Director of Engineering at Team Arteche, where responsibilities included leading the engineering department in the development and implementation of integrated protection and control systems for electrical substations. Luis holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad del País Vasco and completed BUP and COU studies at Colegio Calasancio in Bilbao.
