Luciano TeKampe serves as Vice President of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Ingersoll Rand, leading global initiatives in strategy and execution. In a dual role, Luciano also oversees Global Transition Services for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures. Previous leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand include GD/IR Integration PMO Leader, Global Director of Oracle ERP Implementation, Global Director of Customer Experience, and various roles focused on financial planning, credit and collections, and operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes Master Black Belt roles at Discover Financial Services and GE Money, as well as Director of Quality at Newroads/Accretive Commerce. Luciano's educational background includes a degree from Florida Southern College.
