Garrett Allen is a seasoned Sr. Instructional Designer with extensive experience in eLearning and instructional design across various industries. Currently at Ingenuiti since August 2019, Garrett leads the design and coordination of training projects utilizing sound learning theory and emerging research. With a career spanning over 24 years, Garrett has held roles at CBTeam, Boeing, Fluor Corporation, Hatch Early Learning, Pearson, ESI International, Bell Helicopter, Champlain College, and IBM Global Services, contributing to a diverse array of instructional design and project management initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico State University, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Appalachian State University, an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from Gavilan College, and advanced training as an Electronic Warfare Technician.
