Joanne Compton is an experienced HR Manager currently working at IngenuitE, Inc, a small, woman-owned, minority-owned federal contractor located in Oklahoma City since 2010. Prior to this, Joanne served as an HR Manager at Leader Communications Inc from December 2002 to July 2009, where responsibilities included leading an information management team and business development. Joanne's extensive career began in the United States Air Force, culminating in the rank of First Sergeant after 26 years of service in various roles, including dental assistant and information management specialist. Joanne holds three Master's degrees in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, achieved between 2004 and 2006.
