Luis Opazo is a Chilean telecommunications technician who currently works as an MTBT inspector at Ingenieros Emetres. Luis has over six years of experience in the telecommunications field, having worked at various companies including Dominion Global France, Frasolani, and INELCOM. At INELCOM, they were responsible for repairing and maintaining telephone lines.
