Christian Saitner has had a successful career in the business world, beginning in 2015 with an internship at EY in Transaction Advisory Services. In 2016, they were an intern at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH in Management Strategy Consulting and a working student at ATOSS Software AG in Strategy and Process Consulting. In 2018, they were an intern at Kienbaum in HR Strategy - Transformation and Organisation and Business Operations at CoachHub.io - The digital coaching platform (SaaS-Startup | Family & Tribe Stage). In 2019, they were an EiR at TruVenturo GmbH and Knalle Popkornditorei. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder & Co-CEO of ingarden and Growth at Invincible Brands.

Christian Saitner completed an MBA from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Christian also holds a Master of Engineering - MEng in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin, which they obtained in 2019 with a Scholarship for academic training and continuing education abroad from the same institution. In 2015, they were awarded the PROMOS from DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst. Prior to that, they studied Ingeniería industrial at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
