Sander Kooij has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sander began their career as a Quality-Call Center Manager at OBP Groep in 2003 and worked in that role until 2009. In 2010, Sander co-founded Senaat Financiele Diensten, where they served as an Owner and provided support to clients in obtaining financial products.
In 2013, Sander joined Blue Stone, initially as a Quality-Call Center Manager and then progressed to roles such as Project Manager, Manager Business Intelligence, and Sales Manager - Ziggo Zakelijk. During their time at Blue Stone, they successfully led a team of 35 account managers, evaluated and optimized sales results, provided training and coaching, managed the back office, developed new strategies, implemented marketing actions, and handled monthly bonus calculations.
Sander joined SalesChamp in 2017 as a Product Owner alongside their role as Manager Business Intelligence at Blue Stone. In this position, they worked within an international agile team to create and manage applications for clients.
Most recently, Sander joined CMIS Group in 2019 as a Business Analyst, where they are currently employed.
Sander Kooij completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in HTS Technische Bedrijfskunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from UPD - Join the Spark* in March 2021 and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2020.
