Ido Kadim is a seasoned professional in the field of Compensation and Benefits with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Performance & Reward Expert at ING since February 2024, Ido previously held the role of Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at Infinidat, and from January 2019 to June 2023, worked as Global Compensation & Benefits Director at Cellebrite. At Teva Pharmaceuticals, Ido managed global compensation processes and aligned reward strategies as Director of Global Compensation from March 2013 to 2018. Prior roles include Compensation & Benefits Manager for HP in Israel, Greece, and Cyprus, and Manager in the Human Capital Department at Ernst & Young.
