Els Lingier is a seasoned professional in the field of finance and KYC compliance with over three decades of experience at ING. Since January 2010, Els has held various leadership roles, including COO Academy KYC Lead, Transaction Monitoring & Screening Lead for the Global KYC Academy, and Global Head of KYC Client Outreach for Wholesale Banking. Prior experience includes serving as Programme Manager for the Corporate Clients Transformation Program at ING Belgium and holding multiple management roles from 1989 to 2007, such as Head of Local Relationship Management for Corporate Clients and Corporate Sales Dealer in Financial Markets. Els holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
