Andre Roos is an accomplished professional in tax operations and financial management with a career spanning over three decades at ING. Currently serving as the Head of Tax Operations since January 2019, Andre oversees bankwide tax reporting, including FATCA and CRS compliance, as well as acting as the IRS Reporting Officer for ING Bank NV. Prior to this role, Andre held various positions within ING, including Director of Value Chain Management and Head of Tooling & Data Management in Wholesale Banking. Andre's extensive experience in program management and operational oversight, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from AOG School of Management, underscores a strong foundation in both technical and managerial capabilities.
