Carmen Bravo Salán is a seasoned professional in user experience design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer and Product Owner at ING España&Portugal since September 2013, Carmen leads a squad of UX/UI designers. Previously, as a UX - User Experience Manager at Vector Software Factory, Carmen managed teams and projects through all phases, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. Past roles include Usability and User Experience Designer at ADESIS Netlife | Caja Madrid and Bankia, where Carmen contributed to project conceptualization and style guide development. Carmen began their career in graphic and web design at Nurun and Caja Madrid, and holds a Licenciado degree in Publicidad y RR.PP with a diploma in estudios empresariales from Universidad Nebrija.
