Shiladitya Roy has over 20 years of work experience in the field of technology and strategy. Shiladitya started their career at Syntegra as a Systems Engineer specializing in UNIX/DBA. After working there for four years, they joined Hansen Technologies as a Midrange Engineer with a Technical Lead position. In 2007, they moved to ING Australia where they held various roles including Team Leader for UNIX Services, Manager of UNIX and Oracle Services, and Manager of Technical Services Delivery. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Head of IT Operations and DEVOPS. Shiladitya then took on the role of Head of Information Technology from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly served as the Ad Interim CIO before becoming the Head of Delivery, responsible for managing and delivering the organization's change portfolio, application development, and testing in an Agile and BizDevops environment. Finally, in 2020, they assumed the position of Head of Strategy and Architecture.

Shiladitya Roy has a Bachelor's degree in Computing from Western Sydney University. Shiladitya also attended St Xaviers School in Ranchi, but no degree or field of study information is available for that time.
