Roger Chen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ING Australia since June 2014, where responsibilities include collaborating with business analysts on UI design and technical requirements. Prior to this role, Roger worked as a Software Developer at Ensurance IT Pty Ltd and as a Software Engineer (Subcontractor) at Semantic Business Solutions, successfully creating an automatic application form processing program using C#. Additional experience includes voluntary tutoring at UNSW and software development in machine learning projects. Roger holds a Master of Engineering by Research in Computer Science and Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from The University of Nanchang, China.
