John Scofield is an experienced professional in data science and machine learning, currently serving as an Advisor at Infyrno since June 2022. Prior to this role, John worked as a Senior Data Scientist and a Data Scientist at Aura from January 2022 to November 2024. John also held the position of Vice President of Machine Learning at TeraCrunch from September 2020 to January 2022, where John initially served as a Data Scientist. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Instructor and Doctoral Candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Missouri-Columbia from August 2017 to December 2020. John began the career in data science as a Data Science Intern at SKYfactor in early 2017. John earned a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and has a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Missouri State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Truman State University.
