Austin Otto started their work experience as the Manager of Firmware Development at Eastman Kodak in 2005. Austin then transitioned to become a Field Service Engineer at Cardinal Health in 2007. In 2008, Austin became the President of OB Healthcare Corporation, a role they held until they joined InfuSystem in 2021 as the VP Acute Care.

Austin Otto earned a BA degree in International Business from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
