Daniela Rodarte Sanchez is an experienced industrial PhD student currently involved in multiple projects, including the effect of gaseous ozone disinfection treatment on cereal grain quality through INFUSER, in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen and University College Copenhagen. With a strong background in food safety and preservation technologies, Daniela has held various roles such as project manager at the National Institute of Forestry Agricultural and Livestock Research (INIFAP) and research assistant at INFUSER. Daniela's educational credentials include multiple master's degrees in Food Science and Animal-Derived Foods from esteemed institutions like the University of Copenhagen and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as well as a Food Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
