Ankur Agarwal started their work experience at Infosys in 2009 as an ATG Developer, where they gained experience in implementing ATG commerce-based web applications. Ankur was involved in implementing new requirements and customizing various components and pipelines. In 2011, they joined Rare Mile Technologies as a Technology Specialist - ATG. There, they worked on various projects, including the design and development of payment tokenization for PCI/DSS compliance and the implementation of IBM's Coremetrics integration web analytics. Ankur also integrated Cybersource and Paypal payment gateways. In 2017, Ankur joined Infrrd as a Technology Specialist, where they are currently working.

Ankur Agarwal completed their high school education from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre between 2002 and 2004, where they pursued AISSE with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Following that, they went on to study at Jaypee University of Information Technology from 2005 to 2009, earning a B-Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
