Jenelle McCalla is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Infrastructure Ontario since October 2019, Jenelle previously held the position of Chair for the Animal Services Appeal Committee in the Town of Whitby from June 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included chairing appeal meetings and reviewing evidence. Prior experience includes positions as Associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Corporate Counsel at Batavia Development Corporation, and Lawyer for Halton Region, where Jenelle oversaw various legal matters including commercial real estate, municipal law, and regulatory litigation. An academic foundation in law, with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, supports Jenelle's comprehensive legal expertise.
