Tony Grayson is an experienced leader in the technology and defense sectors, currently serving as General Manager for Compass Datacenters since August 2021, overseeing business operations and decision-making for modular data center solutions. Grayson holds the position of Veteran's Chair at Infrastructure Masons, focusing on facilitating transitions for military personnel and their spouses into the technology field. Prior roles include Senior Vice President for Physical Infrastructure at Oracle, Global Head of Design and Engineering at Amazon Web Services, and Global Director of Operations at Facebook, where management of extensive data center operations was key. Grayson's career in the US Navy spanned two decades, culminating in leadership roles such as Deputy for Operations and Commanding Officer of nuclear submarines, earning recognition for excellence in leadership. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Science in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University.
