Antish Seebaluck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and transaction services. Currently serving as Head of M&A and ExCom Member at Infraneo since May 2024, Antish previously held the position of M&A/VC Investment Manager at GTT, where responsibilities included managing acquisitions in decarbonization industries and leading venture loan processes for startups. Prior to that, Antish was an Assistant Manager and Senior Associate at KPMG, specializing in financial due diligence for mid to large-cap transactions across various sectors. Antish's academic background includes advanced degrees in finance and engineering from prestigious institutions, including ESSEC Business School, University of Toronto, and the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
