Cecilia Torres Oyanadel brings extensive experience in human resources and employee remuneration, currently serving as an Analista de remuneración y prestaciones at SAAM Towage since January 2023. Previously, Cecilia held the position of Analista de RR. HH. at Bec Industrial from January 2021 to February 2023 and worked as an ASISTENTE RRHH at AYG from August 2012 to February 2023, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle including contracts, terminations, remuneration, training, and pension payments. Cecilia holds a degree in Ingeniería comercial from Universidad de Viña del Mar (2019-2020) and degrees in Administración y gestión de empresas from Duoc UC (2010-2017).
