Toni Louhisola has been working in the field for over a decade. Toni began their career in 2010 with British Orienteering as a Lead Coach. That same year, they also took on the role of Lead Coach with the University of Edinburgh. In 2013, they became the Head Coach at Orienteering Canada. In 2014, they joined Infrakit as Sales Manager and also began working at Hohtolabs as a Salesperson.

Toni Louhisola has a long and varied educational history. From 1996 to 2020, they attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. From 2008 to 2014, they attended LUT University and studied Industrial Engineering. From 2010 to 2012, they attended The University of Edinburgh and studied Performance Psychology. They also have additional studies in Industrial Engineering and Performance Psychology at LUT University and The University of Edinburgh, respectively.
