Chendil Kumar Manoharan has been working in the tech industry since 1992. Chendil Kumar started with various casual jobs, then in 2003 they took on a role as a QA Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. In 2005 they moved to Novell as a Senior Software QA Engineer and Software QA Team Lead. From 2008 to 2014 they worked at NetIQ as an Infrastructure Engineer, QA Technical Specialist, and QA Technical Specialist. From 2014 to 2018 they worked at NTT DATA as a Senior AWS Engineer and CloudOps Lead Engineer. Since 2018 they have been working as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Freelancer, and in 2021 they started a new role as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at InfraCloud Technologies.

Chendil Kumar Manoharan completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from People's Education Society Insitute of Technology between 1999 and 2003. In 2020, they obtained certifications from Coursera in AWS Fundamentals: Addressing Security Risk, AWS Fundamentals: Building Serverless Applications, and AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native. Chendil Kumar also obtained a Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in December 2022.
