Eric Paisley has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Eric began their career as a Product Manager at Deloitte, then moved on to become a Tax Technology Consultant and Technology Specialist. In 2011, they took an Organizational Analysis & Advisory Intern position at the State of Tennessee. Eric then moved on to become a Human Resource Generalist at The Britt Hunt Company LLC, and in 2012 they became a Senior Business Consultant at InfoWorks, Inc. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of JennEric Enterprises, LLC.

Eric Paisley obtained a Master of Education degree from Vanderbilt University in 2012, with a focus in Human Resource Development. Eric also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lipscomb University in 1994, with a focus in Speech Communication and English. Additionally, they hold a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
