Ken Benson has an extensive background in operations and technical support within the data services and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at InfoWerks Data Services Inc. since February 2012, Ken previously held the positions of Director of Development and Vice President of Operations at InfoWerks Data Services LLC. Prior to this, Ken worked at Healthcare Computer Corp. from 1997 to 2012, where responsibilities included writing custom programs as a Conversions Programmer, managing a technical support call center as Manager of Product Support Help Desk, and performing on-site maintenance as a Field Service Engineer. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Kaplan University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
