Vincent Mirabelli started their work experience in 2007 as a Manager of Stakeholder Relations at ACCA. From there, they worked at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in various roles, including Manager of Business Design, Manager of Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Lead, Program Associate, Revenue Program Specialist, and Account Analyst. In 2013, Vincent founded VincentMirabelli.com, where they served as the Principal until February 2020, and then transitioned to the role of Strategic Analyst, Speaker, and Trainer. In 2022, they joined Info-Tech Research Group as the Principal Research Director.
Vincent Mirabelli's education history includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law & Political Science (International Relations and Policy) from York University, obtained from 1998 to 2001. Vincent also received a Master's Certificate in Business Analysis from Schulich School of Business - York University in 2012 and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto in 2009-2010.
In terms of additional certifications, Vincent has obtained a Certificate in Cybersecurity Analysis from IIBA in 2022. Vincent also holds certifications such as Top 25 Thought Leader - Culture and Top 25 Thought Leader - Management from Thinkers360 in November 2021, and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professionals Association in 2016. Additionally, Vincent has certifications in Change Management, Master Black Belt, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained in different years. Vincent has also received training as a facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials from the Association of Master Trainers in 2019.
Furthermore, Vincent has attended short-term programs such as Innovation and Design Thinking at Queen's University in 2017 and Strategic Management and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School in 2016.
It is important to note that Vincent has an ongoing pursuit of knowledge as reflected in their recent courses taken, including Introduction to Large Language Models, Introduction to Responsible AI, and Responsible AI: Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud, all from Google, as well as the Certificate in Cybersecurity Analysis from IIBA, obtained in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
