Shawn Gibson serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Info-Tech Research Group since January 2020, leading a team of 25 HR professionals and overseeing global HR operations for over 1,400 employees across multiple countries. Prior roles within the organization include Associate Vice President and Senior Director of HR Operations, focusing on Employment Relations, Employee Engagement, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. In addition to experience at Info-Tech, Shawn co-owns Oxygen Yoga and Fitness, contributing to the planning and operational setup of a boutique fitness studio. A previous tenure at GoodLife Fitness spanned over a decade, where Shawn drove organizational effectiveness through strategic project management and internal communications. Shawn's background also includes consulting roles, retail operations management, and an early internship at Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications from Sheridan College.
