Neha Goyal is an Associate Director and Digital Client Partner at Infosys since August 2021, previously serving as a Senior Product Designer at TransferGo from January 2021 to July 2021. Neha's career at Infosys began in 2010 as a Consultant in Experience Design, where significant contributions included serving as a UX/CX strategist and lead research practitioner for a logistics and transportation company, designing a sustainable collaborative platform that enhances customer and driver experiences. Neha Goyal holds a certification in CX, UX, and UI Design from RMIT University and an EXPO CD in Communication Design from IDC at IIT Bombay. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Technology degree from Uttarakhand Technical University, along with a summer internship at IRDE (Instruments Research and Development Establishment).
