Zachary Coseglia is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and innovation within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Culture. Data. Ethics. since July 2024, Zachary previously held significant roles at Ropes & Gray LLP, including Co-Founder, Managing Principal, and Head of Innovation at R&G Insights Lab from July 2020 to September 2024. Prior to this, a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer from 2014 to 2020, Zachary specialized in global compliance monitoring, analytics, and digital, as well as chief compliance counsel for China investigations. Early career experience includes positions as an associate at DLA Piper and Barton Gilman LLP. Zachary holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University College of Communication.
