Miryana Dorosieva serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Delasport since November 2023, focusing on employee and management interactions to align business needs. Previously, Miryana worked at Accenture Bulgaria as an HR Partner Senior Analyst from April 2023 to November 2023, offering coaching and guidance to employees. From July 2018 to April 2023, Miryana held the position of HR Lead and People Partner at Sentia Bulgaria, where responsibilities included hiring, onboarding, and coaching an HR specialist. Earlier roles included HR Specialist and Office Manager at Sentia, as well as involvement in Hacking HR as a Sofia Chapter Co-Founder, helping to foster collaboration among HR leaders. Experience also includes positions at 180 Degrees Consulting Sofia and Conrad Center of English Studies.
