Hema Raina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relationship management, business development, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Client Partner at Infosys since October 2022, Hema Raina leads client relationships and opportunity management for two pharmaceutical clients, ensuring delivery assurance through collaboration with delivery partners. Previously, as a Business Relationship Manager and Clinical Director at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2018 to October 2022, Hema Raina developed strong internal and external relationships, acted as the primary liaison in clinical services, and provided clinical leadership for a Value-Based Care initiative. Hema Raina's earlier roles include Director of Risk Analytics and Clinical Quality at Altruista Health, postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Maryland, lecturer at RMIT University, and various positions in medical education. Hema Raina holds an MBA from Duke University, an MD from Aligarh Muslim University, a PhD in Microvascular Physiology from RMIT University, and an MBBS from SKMCH.
