Mike Stout has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Mike started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement and later worked as a Marketing Technician and Computer Network Technician at American Family Insurance. Mike then became a Job Foreman Assistant at Rick Thompson Construction before joining The NORDAM Group as a Manufacturing Operations Planner, where they created and maintained various production-related documents and coordinated material flow.
After that, Mike worked as an Engineering Project Planner at Hawker Beechcraft and then as a Customer Integration and Production Control Technician at Apex Engineering International, LLC. Mike then returned to Hawker Beechcraft as a Project Management Liaison, where they developed and maintained program plans for military aircraft.
Subsequently, Mike joined Textron Aviation as an IT Project Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and completing IT projects. Currently, they work at InfoSync as a Partner Program Manager, where they manage partner programs and leads IT and company-wide projects.
Throughout their career, Mike has developed strong skills in project management, problem-solving, planning, scheduling, and manufacturing engineering. Mike has expertise in using various software tools such as Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server.
Mike Stout has a diverse education background, with a focus on project management, ministry, and electronics. In 1994, they attended Hillyard Technical School, where they earned an Associate's degree in Electronics, completing their studies in 1996. Following this, from 1998 to 2002, Mike attended Central Bible College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry. In 2012, they pursued further education at Wichita State University, earning a Masters Certificate in Project Management within the same year.
