Alexander Lusis, CSAP, is an experienced professional in customer and client success management, currently serving as Channel Client Success Manager at Infosec since July 2022, after holding a similar role at the same company from February 2020 to December 2021. Prior to this, Alexander worked as a Customer Success Manager at GoAssetWorks for six months in early 2022 and as a Business Development Manager and Sales Development Representative at AkitaBox from February 2018 to January 2020. Alexander's background also includes significant retail management experience as Executive Team Leader-Remodel at Target, where oversight led to substantial sales growth and project efficiency. Earlier career roles involved admissions strategy and technical recruitment at DeVry Education Group and Oxford Global Resources, respectively, as well as program management at Phantom Lake YMCA Camp. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota.
