Michelle Bellusci has a wealth of experience in the education and customer service industries. Michelle began their career in 2010 as Managing Editor for the Willamette University Collegian. In 2011, they held the role of Language and Culture Assistant for Xunta de Galicia. From 2014 to 2017, Michelle worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Redwood City School District and Jefferson Elementary School District. In 2015, they assumed the role of 4th Grade Bilingual Teacher for the San Francisco Unified School District. In 2018, they held the position of Temporary Family Advocate through Premier at Wu Yee Children's Services. From 2019 to 2022, Michelle worked at Clever Inc. in various roles, including Technical Support Specialist, Customer Solutions Representative, and Customer Solutions Coordinator- Contract. Most recently, they have been a Senior Customer Success Analyst at Informed K12.

Michelle Bellusci has a Master of Arts in Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz, which they earned in 2015. Michelle also has a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from Willamette University, which they earned in 2011.
