Ashlee Davis Brooks has over 12 years of work experience in the field of People Operations, Human Resources, and Business Operations. In 2009, they began their career as an Area Executive Director at American Senior Communities. In 2015, they moved to CarDon & Associates as an Executive Director. Three years later, they joined Century Park Associates as a Senior Executive Director of Operations. In 2017, they began working at Unity Physician Services as a Director of People & Operations. In 2020, they joined Design Pickle as the Vice President of People Operations and Elevated Development, LLC as a Career Growth Strategist and Principle Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Informed K12 as the Director of People Operations and The Black In HR (TM) as a Member.
