Clinton Bollinger currently serves as the Information Services Manager at Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District since November 2017. Previously, Clinton held various positions at the State of Oregon from January 2014 to November 2017, including IT Operations and Integration Manager, where oversight of IT helpdesk, LAN administration, and database administration was essential, as well as roles in systems analysis and development using technologies such as .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Prior to that, Clinton worked at Deluxe Media Inc. from April 2005 to January 2014, where responsibilities included managing production departments and programming digital content for delivery. Clinton's career also includes military service in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from December 1999 to December 2008, with significant roles in directing fire support teams and serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Education was attained at Northampton Community College.
