Jesus Baez is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Architect Manager at Information Systems Experts since September 2021. In this role, Jesus focuses on streamlining and enhancing internal payroll activities and providing comprehensive training to employees. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Production Support Specialist at MMM Holdings LLC, where tasks involved trend event analysis in a Citrix environment and scripting for automated installations for over 600 computers. Jesus began a career in IT as a Help Desk professional at Campofresco Corp., tackling various technical challenges and user support needs. Educational credentials include ongoing doctoral studies in Management Information Systems at Ana G. Méndez University, a Master of Science in Information Security from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
