Tim Elley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy, software development, and naval leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Information Leadership since February 2021, Tim previously held the position of Managing Director at Tim Elley Data from July 2019 to February 2021. Tim's earlier career included nearly eleven years as SQL Server Manager at CommArc Consulting Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a team for SQL and DBA functions. Significant naval experience includes serving as Commanding Officer of HMNZS Pegasus from 2007 to 2010, as well as various officer roles in the Royal New Zealand Navy and the Royal Australian Naval Reserves. Tim also boasts a background in software development, having held key positions at Advance Tech Computer Solutions Ltd and Mobil Oil, where notable achievements included implementing core business systems and payroll solutions. Tim's education began at Papanui High School, completing studies in 1980.
