Ravi Ramadoss has been working in the IT services industry since 2004. Ravi started as a Talent Acquisition Resource Manager for a confidential company, where they managed a Talent Acquisition team with expertise on the Federal IT services and some commercial clients. Ravi served clients across a variety of industries and government agencies, including the U.S. In 2004, they joined an IT services company as a Talent Acquisition professional.

Ravi Ramadoss has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Oklahoma, obtained in the field of MBA.
