Robert Felicetta currently serves as Vice President of HR Operations at Informatica, a position held since January 2017, following roles in HR Operational Services and Talent Innovation. With a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and analytics, Robert has effectively contributed to talent experience and acquisition technology. Prior to Informatica, Robert worked at Billtrust as a Principal Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst and held multiple managerial positions at ADP specializing in implementation delivery and project services. Robert began a career in IT as a Network Support Analyst at the Readington Township Board of Education. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from The College of New Jersey.
