Laxminarasimhan Veeraraghavan has extensive experience in customer support and engineering, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Customer Support at Informatica since June 2003. In this role, Laxminarasimhan has managed multiple teams in Redwood City and Austin, focusing on technical support for Mission Critical customers and overseeing escalations with senior stakeholders. Previous positions at Informatica include Senior Manager, Manager, and various engineering roles. Prior to Informatica, Laxminarasimhan held software engineering positions at Viador Inc, Oasis Systems Inc, Intelligent Systems, Inc., and Trident Computer Systems Development. Laxminarasimhan holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
