Whitney O'Neill serves as the Head of Platform Operations & Support at Informa since January 2021, previously holding the role of Sr. Director of Event Applications at Informa PLC from February 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing web-based Event Platforms and related applications. Prior to joining Informa, Whitney O'Neill was Director of Event Systems Support at UBM plc from January 2009 to February 2016, overseeing support for web-based systems for conferences and trade shows. Early career experience includes serving as Project Manager at UBM Central Service from July 1999 to January 2009 and as Sales Manager at Miller Freeman between 1990 and 2000, focusing on advertising sales in magazines and trade shows. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Chicago and an Associate's Degree in Science from Grand Rapids Junior College.
