Janet Dsouza has over 20 years of work experience in customer service and credit management. Janet is currently the Head of Customer Service & EMEA Credit Management at Informa Connect Middle East since March 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Informa Middle East, including Head of Registrations Department from August 2005 to June 2017, Head Customer Service & Credit Control from September 2002 to July 2005, and Customer Service Executive from February 1998 to August 2002.
Janet Dsouza completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounts & Economics at R.D. National College (Mumbai University, India) from 1990 to 1995.
