John Parsons has extensive experience in talent management and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Talent Science in the retail and banking industries at Infor since July 2013, John Parsons focuses on managing non-direct revenue ecosystems and fostering beneficial networks for organizational growth. Throughout a successful career, John Parsons has held multiple leadership roles at Infor, including Regional Vice President for Banking & Insurance and Vice President for North America in the HCM Center of Excellence. Prior professional experiences include sales executive roles at Kronos Inc., Salesforce.com, Angoss Software, and SAS Institute, where John Parsons achieved notable sales recognition. Educationally, John Parsons holds a degree from the University of Toronto. In addition to corporate roles, John Parsons served as a Captain in the 48th Highlanders of Canada (Army Reserve) from 1992 to 1999.
